Award-winning chef Franck Champely uses fresh, indigenous produce and locally
caught seafood in high-style presentations. Day-boat scallops are served over
creamy risotto with truffle oil and vegetable “pearls.” Bouillabaisse
is a house specialty, as is rack of lamb with a lemon-thyme reduction. Extensive
wine list is inventive and reasonably priced. Tavern menu ($-$$) offers burgers
